Spin, manipulate, and posture the word and the meaning of trust. An in-depth Bible search explicitly about trust, trusting, trustworthiness,.. will show Sovereign God Alone is Worthy of our trust. Convoluting the word trust with reputation, integrity, and authenticity... talent / proficiency.. ability ..is misleading. It is definitely a form of self idolatry. We are to have confidence only in that which is consistent with what is decent and good. There is no internal measurement of decency and goodness. That which is perfect and excellent is by definition external. We must look to God Alone for perfection and the 'plumb- line'. I understand. I do. I understand what you're doing. There is no one, especially oneself... there is no one that is worthy of trust. Trust is exclusive for God Almighty alone. This is not somatics!

In business industry you can meet or interact different types of people, there's a people that is superior than others, because this people surrounded by higher people, when it comes to ideas they only listen to those entitled, which is very hard to fit in or to be with, it may cause you trouble if you force yourself to be listened. Multipliers assist us in becoming more efficient leaders by amplifying our team's strengths and dealing with managers who bring everyone down. The main takeaways from the book and podcast are that diminishers reduce their team's effectiveness and multipliers increase their team's capabilities. If you have a Diminisher boss, there is hope in learning and applying some defensive strategies; becoming a Multiplier and improving your workplace is as simple as following a few quick practices. Rather than attempting to be the best at everything, focus on one area where you can improve. Next, compare your assumptions to the qualities of Multipliers to identify your flaws and improve your attitude. Look to the five types of Multipliers for direction on where you excel and where you can improve. Most importantly, once you've become a Multiplier, continue to help others become Multipliers. Spread the word about what it means to be a Multiplier at your workplace to assist the entire team in discovering their unique talents and skills. Every individual in an organization, regardless of position, has the potential to become a game-changing Multiplier.

Although the book Disrupt Yourself was published last 2016, it is still very relevant, especially today. We have seen emerging businesses pop up from every corner, was it because the people decided to disrupt themselves, and if so was it a forced decision, or did they voluntarily want a career change? Disrupt Yourself explains how to harness the ever-increasing power of disruptive innovation in your personal life, whether it's to advance your career or build a thriving company, by embracing your limitations, focusing on your strengths, and remaining flexible and curious along the way. The lessons we can learn are that there are two types of risk in starting a business, and one is better than the other, that if you can pair your own, unique strengths with an unmet need in the community you live in, you win, and that staying flexible is important for both careers and businesses.

The Power Of Habit explains why habits are at the heart of everything you do, how to change them, and the consequences of doing so on your life, career, and society. Charles wrote in his book that the root of all habits lies in a simple 3-part loop, Cue-Routine-Reward. Cue is the trigger that starts the habit, Routine is the automatic behavior that you engage in, and then we receive the Reward. An example would be, Cue is when you wake up for breakfast, Routine is when you brew your coffee, and Reward is the great smell and taste of your freshly brewed Americano. We all have our 3-part loop and all have those bad habits, but how does changing a habit affect us to become a good leader? We, of course, should be able to have self-awareness and have acknowledged our bad habits, and changing it is simply based on Charles's book, from that 3-part loop we can change the Routine. We might have tried changing our habits but because habits have been a part of our lives for a long time it has become difficult especially when the first thing we try to do is to entirely stop doing the habit, and we know how big of a challenge to completely remove caffeine from our day. So it is very true that for us to stop our bad habits we could start by changing the Routine instead of trying to stop the Cue, like when we want to stop drinking coffee by changing into decaf drinks in the morning. The book, also states that the most important habit we should have is willpower, not all habits are created equal and Duhigg says willpower is by far one of the most important ones, as it helps us do better in all aspects of life.

I remember Angela in her Ted Talk in which she shared the study that she also explained in this video. Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years, and working really hard to make that future a reality. Grit is living life like it's a marathon, not a sprint. This is the one charecteristic that emerged as a significant predictor of success. Grit is about commitment, there are many talented, smarter, and hard working individuals that do not follow through with their commitment, so how do we teach people to have grit? How can parents educate their children on having perseverance for their success? And the honest answer is we don't know, which Angela says in her TED Talk. The most likely thing that people can learn to have grit is the growth mindset, people must not be afraid to fail, they must know that the ability to learn is not fixed and that we should on our own effort be hungry for knowledge.

The podcasts talk about the difference between the multipliers and the diminishers. The leaders who diminish or drain the energy of the people around them are like putting someone down, while the multipliers are the leaders who inspire the people around them. They are the ones who head up people around them and give the ideas they have just to make the people around them feel that they have a good leader that they can lean on on a rough day. Having a leader like multipliers is all we need, just like in times like these. We need a leader who we can trust and lean on during a hard time.

This podcast explains the difference between a multiplier and diminishers, wherein a multiplier is the one that uses intelligence i a way they amplify the capabilities of a team or individual , to innovate and engage in the abilities if others while diminisher is the one that help people holdback their position and shutdown them to their potential whether as a worker, business owner, or a servant in a community and etc. This is somehow a crucial phenomena in a life of a person because the movers and shakers of every industry always boils down to this kind of people. So it is a way of life to lift others and share things that can help and benefit the people and the environment we are in.

The podcast basically explains how people establish a habit that is very crucial in doing a certain act that can affect our everyday lives. As explain in the video habits have 3 components the cue that can trigger an automatic behaviour and the routine and lastly the reward. Habits affects almost half of our eveyday life because it’s automatic as it is. This can be helpful on the major things that we normally do that can influence the usual act we do in our life.

The value of Multipliers is that it demonstrates how these assumptions about people manifest themselves in practice and how they are reflected in your behavior. How would you approach your job differently if you believed that people are intelligent and capable of solving problems? People will astound you if you have a Multiplier mindset. They are going to give more. More information will be provided. What kinds of solutions could we come up with if we could tap into the world's underutilized brainpower? What else could you possibly do? Multipliers accomplish more by leveraging (making greater use of) the intelligence and capabilities of those around them. They are considerate of others. "Multipliers are leaders who look beyond their own genius and concentrate their efforts on extracting and extending the genius of others." These are not "feel good" leaders. "They are tough and exacting managers who see a lot of potential in others and want to maximize that potential." This can be seen in ourselves, others, and organizations of all sizes. Leaders are especially prone to running over people because they have the vision, know-how, and desire to get things done. We must slow down and remember that we are not only there to get the job done, but also to train others to do it. They can (and should be able to) do it without our help. It is our responsibility to show them how to maximize their potential."

If you've ever worked in business, you've probably met a boss who is surrounded by yes-men and people who don't dare to challenge the boss's ideas. If you're looking to cause trouble for yourself, this type of behavior can be deadly. To disrupt, you must discover new ideas and new people, which will not happen if you succumb to cultural entitlement. It is natural for humans to associate with others who share their cultural values and ideas; if those around you share your cultural values and ideas, your own ideas will be understood and appreciated. However, this can lead to a sense of superiority over other cultures, as well as a sense of entitlement. This occurs when leaders become so convinced of their own intellectual superiority that they no longer see the need to listen to others.

Liz Wiseman is a researcher and executive adviser who teaches leadership to CEOs all across the world, and she is sharing her experience working at a business oracle in this video on Multipliers. So what is a multiplier? One of the most crucial duties for a leader is to identify oneself as someone who deserves to be followed. The most effective leaders create a stimulating yet relaxed workplace. They can help people feel less afraid and more secure, which stimulates them to think creatively. Simultaneously, they create a challenging environment in which everyone must give their all. Magnets attract high-quality workers because other leaders must be created to achieve this, and people want to work for a leader who allows them to develop and progress. As a result, leaders must become geniuses.

The podcast taught me that career change is more difficult to describe since it is less easily recorded than a job change and some valuable skills that I can recall and apply in my everyday life. You're probably on the correct track if it seems terrible and lonely. The phrase "disruptive innovation" has become a buzzword in the industry. We all want to start a disruptive company or invest in disruptive ideas, but innovation at the low end of the market or where there is no market (yet) is simply not as thrilling. It's the same thing when you consider interrupting your career in the midst. There's a danger of losing authority and influence, as well as a serious danger of losing financial stability. As a result, the Innovator's Dilemma exists: you risk downward mobility whether you innovate or not.

A multiplier is one of the most important tasks for a leader is to establish himself as someone worth following. The most effective leaders create an environment that is both relaxing and demanding. They can eliminate fear and generate a sense of security that encourages individuals to think creatively. At the same time, they create a demanding climate that requires everyone to give their all. Other leaders must be developed to do this and people want to work under a leader who allows them to develop and grow, so magnets attract high-quality personnel. This video taught me that it is more difficult to describe a career shift, which is less easily recorded than a job change. On the other hand, I believe that larger shifts are becoming more regular, and I can back this up with several case studies. Certainly, if your ambition is to lead a division inside your company, which is a lofty but attainable aim, Success is defined as being a person you like, respect, and love at the end of your life, and being able to tell yourself that you accomplished it. Before we succeed, we have a lot of challenges along the way for us to learn from and for us to be strong enough to handle things on our own in the future.

The video is all about linking our actions to our habits. We may not realize what we're doing or the action itself, or we may become attached to each motion in the routine and then realize it has become a habit. It is important that we have control of our habits, not the other way around, because if habits are in control of our lives, it will cause a huge amount of trouble in our daily lives. This can help us change our mindset and change our habits into more useful things that can help us grow and do things like business. Changing our bad habits into good ones helps us mature and learn things that are not easy to do in our daily life as well as our future.

Habits exist to save our brains effort, habits emerge, according to scientists, because the brain is constantly looking for ways to save effort." When left to its own devices, the brain will attempt to turn almost any routine into a habit, because habits allow our minds to ramp down more frequently. The Golden Rule of Habit Change: You can only change a bad habit, not extinguish it. Our brains are hardwired with habits. While it would be ideal to be able to undo this hard wiring, it is not possible. As a result, rather than focusing on eliminating bad habits, we must be intentional about changing them into good ones. How to change habits If we want to change our habits, we must keep the cue and reward the same while changing the routine. Assume that we smoke a cigarette every time we have coffee in the morning. The cue is the coffee, the routine is smoking a cigarette, and the high we get from the cigarette is the reward.

This video is talking about Disrupt Yourself by writer Whitney Johnson this is sound advice for business leaders, the disrupting yourself is a selfish endeavor in a way but it translates to helping others at the end of the process. The challenge comes as the market shifts so rapidly that we can be displaced before we even realize it. I know it is not easy to build a business or it is not easy to get a job for a career. She makes the case that we need to find the distinctive strengths that we either know about or that others recognize in us that we don’t see and for accepting that we are all human and will make mistakes, but that we will learn from them, that means disrupting ourselves, especially when we are comfortable and don’t want to change. So, thank you for giving in advance and sharing with me.

The podcast taught me some important lessons that I can remember and implement in real life. If it feels terrifying and lonely, you're probably on the right course. The term "disruptive innovation" has become a catchphrase in the field. We all want to establish a disruptive firm or invest in disruptive initiatives, but an innovation that occurs at the low end of the market or where there is no market (yet) is simply not as exciting. When you consider interrupting your profession in the middle, it's a same story. There's the risk of losing power and influence, as well as the very real risk of losing financial stability. This film is about the influence of habits on people's behavior, and it's a good insight diary that he wrote or noticed in many people outside before sharing his experience. A habit is a routine that is followed on a regular basis, as well as behaviors that are triggered by an internal or external stimulus. It's about connecting what we do to our habits. Sometimes we don't notice what we're doing or the movement itself, or we grow accustomed to every motion in the routine and then discover it's become a habit.
