Second home is gorgeous! great indoor and outdoor spaces. The house by the beach would be great for putting a "bunkhouse" in the stall/basement- with a beach a few minutes away, kids won't care. Add a pool, outdoor shower and you are set.

Nevis bathrooms must be pitiful because they didn't show any of the houses ensuites. The bathrooms are quite important to me, so I'm betting they're sad sights to be edited out.

These expensive homes on such a tiny set of islands makes me wonder where the average citizens live and what is maintenance cost of gardens. Beautiful homes, but I just think that the natives are being priced out of their own lands.

ZadyB, thanks for your comments and encouragement. I am glad to hear that there are families in Nevis with my surname. I am surprised at this. I do know that there are Gaskins in Guyana. I want to visit Nevis later in the year, and maybe check a property to buy when i retire. Have a blessed Sunday, and God bless

I want to commend the beautiful, gorgeous, and friendly agent Scarlette for her professional conduct and advice on the properties she selected, for such an adorable couple. I too would have selected that lovely property among the 5 properties seen, and i think that couple deserves the best. They have taught me to be humble and to compromise together when making a decision. I am also sold on the island of Nevis, and makes me want to spend a vacation there very soon.
