Yeah! There are so many excellent reviews on Yuhui Choe. She was promoted to first soloist in 2008. 16 years have gone by and I don’t think she has a chance.

I would have Symphony in C over Jewels as Ballanchine's best. Most of the ballets chosen were recently in the Royal Ballet's repertoire. They need to bring back Symphony in C and when people see it they will love it! I have it on video from a Gala reopening at Covent Garden in 1997.

The piece is the Cellist, created on Lauren by Cathy Marston. And although it is disappointing that audiences will see less of this beautiful dancer, this post is celebrating her extraordinary career as well as her decisions for the future.
