That said through, there's a possible hole in the theory via the game's schedule: the Smoky Progg is present from the start of the game until it no longer appears after day 15, and the Goolix does not appear until day 9, and from that point onwards it spawns on odd-numbered days (giving Mamuta the even-numbered days starting day 8) the earliest you can get to the Distant Spring without cheats/hacks and with some ingenious routing is day 4, which makes possible to encounter the Smokey Progg before the Goolix. Through you could argue the Goolix could have made it's move to possess the egg some night between days 9 and 14, but also the Goolix is slooow, making it unlikely that it could slither all the way to the distant spring in a single night, and with enough time left to find and possess the egg.

I can remember browsing the internet 2-3 years ago, hunting down every bit of speculation I could about the text on the statue at the courtyard of peach's castle. I wanted to know what the sign said and really meant. Most fans know the message as "L is real 2401". For years now, it seems like there was never a definitive answer as to what the sign meant. Turns out someone got the answer back in 1998 from a Nintendo game counselor. Long story short, it means absolutely nothing and wasn't a tease of anything. It was just put in place to drive fans nuts. I'd say 20 years of speculation certainly proves their goal was achieved.

Poderiam fazer um spin-off do Barney , mostarndo como ele se infiltrou na Combine e na parte que ele se encontra com o Gordon Freeman e mostrando o que aconteceu com ele depois , o Barney é um dos personagens que eu gosto e não gostaria que ele moresse e sim gostaria de ver um Half - Life 3 com todos os personagens sobreviventes do Black Mesa e se o G-Man tem todo esse poder de levar uma pessoa pro futuro e a Alyx acaba mudando o desfecho do Episódio 2 , porque ele não afz o Gordon voltar no tempo e evitar a Ressonância da Cascata e assim nunca teria acontecido aquela merda toda , mas se um dia eles resolverem fazer um Half - Life 3, gostaria muito que o Adrian Shepard aparecesse pra ajudar o Barney e o Gordon contra esses inimigos 😊
