Hi there just a quick question. I have changed both of them (plus springs, shock absorbers) but still doing bang noise. I thought the exhaust does the noise but everything is ok with that. Does the bushes have a specific position? As far as I remember I put the new ones in another position in (90 degrees) compare to the old ones. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
@gastyle94455 күн бұрын
@@attaboyscaniasor6forever Bushes do need to be in the same position as they were in the beginning definitely. Otherwise they won't work correctly. Unless you have poly bushes. Regarding the bang I can't really tell as would need to hear myself, could be front. Just seems like it's the back.

Where did you connect the remote wire from the amp the blue wire
@gastyle9445Ай бұрын
This van has an aftermarket headunit in so would be connected to the remote out on the aftermarket headunit from the sub. If you have factory headunit then probably the fuse box but yo need to find the ignition on and off wire. Or if you are installing high to low input converter with a remote output then connect it to that. All depends really on what you're installing. The amplifier can have auto turn on and off so you don't need that cable at all.
Thanks for making this video. Just used your guide to instal a mirror in my '18 Custom 👍

Watch you don't overheat the BMW, everything in the cooling system goes bad at this age, if you blow the head gasket on these alloy engines they're only good for scrap. The temperature gauge doesn't move from 12 o'clock until your at 115c and already well overheated. You can recode them with BMW scanner to make them move at lower temps and be more useful. I'd do it all in one go while you're doing the expansion tank, rad, pipes etc. I did it one piece at time and it was just one thing breaking after another, must have refilled and bled it about 3 or 4 times.
@gastyle9445Ай бұрын
@@user-ue6iv2rd1n Wow. Thanks bud. Learn something new every day. Well I did the expansion tank at the end as my one was cracked. I'll keep an eye on it.
