Is it just me or the Twonotes captor sounded muffled and all around weird??? Great stuff for us starting with tube amp attenuators; Good job buddy.
@thenortonmanx3 жыл бұрын
two notes has a strange and hyped eq curve, very smiley face which might suit some players. the weber and bluenote are flat. soundwise i like the bluenote, weber is the most versatile with its ohm selector.

The Weber sounded the best. That’s what i use on my Deluxe Reverb. Good to know i like it better that at least the other two. It’s the only one i have ever used, always wondered if it was good. Well now i know. Thanks for the video
@thenortonmanx5 жыл бұрын
i've had quite a few different ones over the years. the weber is good, i have two of them. the bluetone is very good indeed, quite similar to the weber, but with better dynamics and a wee bit clearer eq response. the two notes is good for cleans but i didn't like the overhyped eq when used with distorted amps. it doesn't complement the amp like the other two, in fact, it makes them sound like a completely different amp, which i find irritating.

Great work. Whats your thought about the Webber for this aplication? Thanks!
@thenortonmanx5 жыл бұрын
My personal opinion is that the Weber does a good job all in all. The BlueTone has a more natural feel to it while the Two Notes has a very scooped eq curve, which I didn't like.
