How creepy they were, especially seen in the underground

Ofcourse his lyics were anti jews and white ppl, that sold.. ignorant Cube and Tupac at this time could barely comprehend they were getting played by black dudes, and Tupac gave his life for it.

Great song/band! My friends and I were big fans back in the mid 80s. Shallow Reign at Club Clearview (both locations), Prophet Bsr, Theater Gallery, etc …always a must see. I think they played the opening night at Dada, too. Good times.

This hosts name is Barbara Segel and she grew up in NYC and her fathers name was Zelick Segal. I wonder if that has contributed towards her outrage or success in media.

I saw this band in Austin at the Backroom. They threw food at the audience and we loved it.

I remember this interview, I was just a kid when this occurred, but I remember my older brothers told me “look at how he acts when that lady is trying to make him mad. He keeps calm and answers her biased questions without showing his anger. That’s a real man there. You need to be that smart when people treat you disrespectfully.” I didn’t understand, it would be years before I could truly comprehend what they meant. I’ve never forgotten it. I’ll be 43 in a few days and this interview is still one of those life changing lessons I carry with me.

You did the song justice. It took me a minute to get used to the horns, since ZZ Top is a three piece band.
