Where will the tax credit dollar come from , Governor Newsome? Aren’t we facing an incoming deficit ? So you are using tax payers money to give the same tax payer as credit? That means the money comes from our left pocket goes to our right pocket. So there is really no credit at all!!! Very smart Governor!! Thinks we all stupid or something. It’s Time for you to step down!!!
It really was a dirty trick for DCFS to tell Alison's father to come to their office to see Alison and bring her belongings; but then surprise him by arresting him when he got there - and on a Friday! Getting arrested on a Friday is a dirty trick. I was arrested on a Friday a long time ago. If you are arrested, you have the right to a speedy trial. That means the arresting agency has to get you to the courthouse to be arraigned by a judge within no later than 3 days. This time frame only counts the days that court is in session. With any luck, the judge will release you on your own recognizance or set a bail amount that you can pay and be released, the sooner the better. When you are arrested on a Friday, the next 2 days are on the weekend and so Saturday and Sunday don't count; you have to wait until Wednesday to be brought to your first appearance at court (unless Monday is also a holiday which sometimes happens then you have to wait until Thursday). It's a dirty trick the cops use when they know the charges they have against are no good and the case will be dropped so they get you with a few extra days of jail time. That's what they did to me. All charges were dropped but I spent 5 days in jail that I will never get back. Alison's father, Jeffery was arrested for violations of California State Penal Code 148.5(A) - False Report Of A Crime; 182(A)(1) - Conspiracy To Commit A Crime; and 278 - Child Stealing. These are bogus charges. Did not Alison go of her own free will to her father's house, either by riding her bike or her mother drove her there? If so then her father did not steal her. And if my memory serves me correct, Alison's mother was the first person I seen on the TV news stations crying about her missing daughter. I felt so much empathy for her mother while watching her cry on the news that I cried too. It's a scary world that we live in, I thought for sure that Alison was either abducted on the street by a random child predator or serial killer, or that she was lured away to be trafficked by someone she met online. Of course us people watching the news didn't know at the time that Alison left of her own accord for good reason. But I'm sure that Alison's mom knew her daughter wasn't kidnapped or in danger but instead because of the mom's own plans to have Alison involuntarily committed to a mental hospital the next day, Alison went in to hiding and was somewhere safe. Alison's mother should have been arrested for filing a false police report and also for whatever false information she gave to try to get Alison involuntarily admitted to a mental hospital because I'm sure that's also illegal.

I was just thinking about sweet Alison and her father Jeffery today. I was wondering if there are any updates in their case. Hopefully they are all back home living with Alison's wonderful grandmother, living happily with this whole unfortunate situation behind them. My prayers are with Alison and her family that everything is as she wants. Let her voice be heard, may her wishes come true.
