Out of all music o have heard this has gotta be the best In fact when I was in 5th grade I tried playing the saxophone but I wasnt the best. To see young people playing instrument so well makes me very happy. All the people in the Orchestra are very talented.

Incredible instructor. You can just see how he feels the music. The tenor wasn’t bad either although he does not have Freddie’s good looks ,charm and charisma when he sings.

It's me again. I guess I just can't stay away from the Academy's rendition of "Old George's Rhapsody"! Every time I listen to it, it just seems to get better. I truly hope all of the young folks in the orchestra are doing well, and also I hope they hearken back once in a while to the day they "created" their Masterpiece". As for me, I'll probably keep coming back myself, to get another taste of the "Rhapsody".

The student has better voice and musicality than Tommaso whom has a nice a voice but not a very good technique and it is sharp on high notes almost all the time.

BBCSO 1958: "[Un]reasonable demands". ASO 2021: "Hold my pint." Among the greatest in the symphonic literature, British or otherwise, 20c or otherwise. Stunning performance.

Include the entire cast name in the video description, not just on your website! Lack of respect and recognition for your artists!

Such a magnificent symphony. Vigorous, thoughtful, fragrant, erotic. This is a great performance. Critical is absolute togetherness in tempi/rhythm.

There are some MAJOR problems with intonation.... Especially at 7:18 onwards.... WOW
@JaegertigerАй бұрын
1st trumpet solo has a bit too much vibrato for me... doesn't match stylistically with the piece nor the rest of the players. BTW... he's also FLAT. It still amazes me why so many trumpet players seem to think everything needs vibrato... and the more, "the better." When in fact, the exact opposite is true. One can always turn-on vibrato if they need to. The true skill lies with the ability to produce a clear, pure sound... because it is harder to do and it requires listening to your intonation more closely.

Whenever I see a video for this piece, I instantly view it. My love for Gershwin is limitless. I enjoy every interpretation of Rhapsody, and this is one of the best.

Bar none, my favorite recording of Rhapsody in Blue. I'm partial to the piece as a New Yorker (when I'm on the subway, I often hear the rhythm of the train). What I love most of about this recording, even more so than the music, is that all the musicians look like they are having fun. That's the magic/genius of Gershwin. Bravo!

Obvious emphasis on singers and instrumentalists as opposed to dancers and choreography, the latter hugely disappointing.
