Hanuman Chalisa for strength The Hanuman Chalisa is one of the most famous hymns dedicated to Lord Hanuman and was written by Goswami Tulsidas in the Awadhi language centuries ago. It talks about Lord Hanuman’s life, his strength, virtues, qualities, characteristics, and much more, and exudes such powerful vibrations and energy that it makes the person feel strong and protected. And so, when you feel any sort of doubt in yourself, or have an internal fear that you cannot point out why, or just going through a tough time, try chanting the Hanuman Chalisa atleast twice daily. Do it once during the Brahma Muhurat and once during the evening aarti.
