I got to see the Count roll on to the stage in his golf cart, do his thing. Standing ovation, I was so proud he looked like me…

This was to me the best scene in the Happy Days era. I’m so happy to have grown up watching this show, waiting week in and week out for every new episode to come out. Loved it.

The year on the show in which it ended, I believe was 1966....About 1 year before my birth (i'm 57 upon writing this).(the last show actually aired in 1984 (I was 17 years old at the time)).

Howard Cunningham reminds me of me everytime my son leaves for college. He has one more year and one day he is going to pack up and go out on his own. I doubt I will be prepared for that either🥲.

Thats the way it is wgen people work on a tv for a length of time. You get close to the people you work with and it sucks when the show comes to an end

To bad Garry Marshall sold out to the suits at ABC and Paramount and changed his nice little sit-com about a mid-western family's teenage son growing up in the 1950s. He allowed it to become Borscht Belt humor, with the focus on an auto mechanic who became a Superman type character. The Happy Days Purist Society only acknowledges Seasons 1 & 2 of Happy Days. The remaining seasons are not Happy Days rather they should be called, "The Fonzie Show".

Happy Days got so bad after season 3. It continued to get more surreal as the seasons passed. Alien Mork, ghosts, Angels, the devil's son melvin and of course the 70/80's aesthetics that were in a show set in the late 50's to mid 60's. 😂

While fictional, it represents an America that doesn't exist anymore, a time to remember with yearning for what will never return

'Nick at Night' and 'T.V Land'are the reasons I ever was able to see these shows. Mom definately encouraged us to watch Happy Days and I never faulted her for it,and loved having that moment with her rewatching it with me, if she was folding clothes or doing crafts at the coffee table. A lot of strong messages that still need to used as common sense today. <3
