Nichelle ng.one thing ur type of pilates not all can learn.ur intermediate to advance level.please explain properly.if not some one will lay to hospital or need to see "fall hit doctor"(tit tar doctor in chinese meaning). Words of advice dun go to try higher level without beginner class.will end in hospital or fall hit doctor. Beginner class(Pilates). First few month 25-30 min After tht if approve by instructor can go to 40-50 minutes.😊😊😊
