The fact that you can clearly see her deeply still lives Kim does to me that she obviously really did love him and tried her best but it just sadly didn’t work out. As ye would be the first one to admit that Kim either just used him or didn’t really love him etc etc so ye it’s really sad that it didn’t work out especially with them having 4 kids together. If it’s meant to be they will get back together one day if not then they at least have 4 beautiful kids from their time together. I do believe that they won’t love another like they did each other when the times were good between them. But that’s just my opinion.
