The positivity you are holding to yourself is tremendous. I think of the water crystal experiment, the water reacted to positive comments but growing beautiful crystals. The water with negative comments got rancid and fouled. Our bodies are made of water too, treat yourself kindly and lose the voice inside that brings you down. Way to go girl! See the future you want and make it happen. I'm on Noom too, slowly making it happen. Thank you for sharing that good vibe.

Not to diminish the accusations, but the article and the podcast itself were made by Rachel Johnson, the sister of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who in fact is also a TERF. They tend to exaggerate the fact and they did not give any details of the evidence. Hope the truth will prevail.

The narrator for audio is dreadful…. I wished I had the hard copy…. I will never listen to Susan Erickson ever again. And I have read all the In Death series…. She DRAGS the characters….

My favorite audiobook of all time is An Unwanted Guest by Shari Lapena and the narrator is Hillary Huber. She's excellent! It would be great to hear her do the In Death series.

Have you ever tried putting (depending on how much you make!) a half a thing of cream cheese bar or a whole bar of cream cheese? (Plus whatever cheese you choose to use!) It make it pretty close to Alfredo 🤤
