About a year ago I couldn't access my cameras via Superlive Plus and after getting nowhere with all the official guidance, eventually discovered simply restarting the router worked. The same thing happened yesterday - the app said 'Device Offline' - and again it was restarting the router that worked. HTH someone.

Hi I need help. My mom has this app on her phone but whenever she uses her cell phone data, the app won't work. The app will say "network error" and the cameras won't load. As soon as, she takes off her data and uses our home internet the cameras begin to work again. Any idea what I can do?

I've tried scanning my device which after scanning a red pyramid/ triangle image comes up and reads login information error. When i look at my camera an image that resembles a coffee cup ☕ show up. Please help

I have scanned the QR code, which picked up the device straight away, but it will not connect. Wifi search works continously, but never turns green.

@Camera Plus it worked by giving it a different name serv. List. Go to serv. List, then the square with a pencil in it. , Then there are 4 lines. First is the circle, 2nd is the square, That is where I had to put in a different name. I had to do this for my tablet as well. Continue to follow with the admin and password. It was an accident find
