Scats cant run under 4.1 sec 0-60 with drag tires or slicks, the LT1 stock will run 3.5 sec on drags or slicks.3.9 sec on discontinued Pilot Super Sports, not the 4S.

The stealth factor of the LT1 is good. But beware the turbo camaros just a few bolt ons and they go from 275 hp to 350-360 and 295 tq to 380 tq and at 3380 lbs will give a LT1 a run. Bigger turbo, cam/head on that 4 banger and your looking at 550-570+hp, enough to put stock ZL on notice.

Scat weighs 4375 lbs, base LT1 auto is 3680 lbs. 455 hp vs 500 hp. almost a even match due to weight to power.

Man, I love my Elantra N but you can’t get rid of the feeling that’s it’s so cheap and the fit and finish is horrendous. I’m really looking hard at a IS350 RWD with the dynamic handling pack. Hope it stacks up in the fun department

12:00 Hey man I'm just a guy on the internet, you don't have to listen to me but as a fellow F8X 6MT owner, here's a tip: Don't hold the clutch in at a stoplight, it's terrible for your throw out bearing and clutch in general, anything longer than a couple seconds will cause excessive wear. If you're fast enough, you can have it turn green, go into 1st and get moving before normal traffic does with minimal wear on your system. Neutral with left foot off clutch and right foot on brake is what I was taught.

The scats I've seen had the base model sxt interior for the same price as a wide body. I could have justified having two v8 hands down, but this was the womans first new car and is the fastest car shes driven. So the v6 was the way to go for now.

in track mode you only have 10% traction control in sport mode you only have 20 % traction control on the street in the city you need traction control to prevent your back end from coming around on you if you beat your car you will have issues

Great coverage of the car overall. I bought a 2018 Scat Pack before the wide body was an option and 6 years later I still get compliments on it everywhere I go. Getting it ceramic coated was the best decision I made cause the paint still looks new. I don’t regret buying it for a second and it’s my daily driver year round in the Great Lakes region. I’m considering trading it in just to get into a wide body and get the wider tires. Going from a 245 to a 305 would be a huge difference.
