Generally, the finer the grind, the stronger the coffee.

@@Coffee_warehouse duh….missed the point. you don’t tell us which way to turn the grind lever for finer coffee grind. Those dots on the machine that mark grind could mean anything. I ended up searching for a manual

Just bought the E8 myself after my DeLonghi Prima Donna Exclusive starting giving problems. My appreciation for Jura is based on the taste quality experienced with it at my workplace compared to the DeLonghi. I think Jura E8 is the way to go; hope I am will not be dissappointed :)

Got an ENA 8, what an awesome machine ! Got a ENA 5 in 2005, it lasted 18 years ! Jura Quality !

I love my Miele ! I had CM5 series for about 8-9 years ago! Just got Cm 6360! Absolutely love it!

Hey, The S8. The reason is that the ENA8 is a compact model and can only grind up to about 10 grams of beans which is quite a bit less than the S8s 16 gram.

I'd like to share own experience by saying it gets us tiring to empty tray compartments and to fill up the tank. Even though overall coffee drinks taste solid. ☕

Ive had the A1 for over 8 years. No issues at all. Just maintenance. I think the E6 would be my next machine

Best Z10 video ever. I’ve been trying to research this model for little details like the cleaning routine. Every video fails until this one. It’s such a great, simple process too, no taking the machine to pieces - a huge selling point. I’m gonna buy one tomorrow 😃

I wish so bad that the E8 could accommodate a Yeti 12 oz (about 6 ½ inches tall) under the spout. It would be great to make a double shot Americano with cup and ½ of water. Maybe the upgrade would include this?

My family has owned the Ena8 model for a very long time. We had one of the earlier "editions" - the water container is in straight vertical lines instead of that crystal texture. My parents have given the Ena8 to my partner and me, while my they bought the E8 for themselves. Both are great machines, although my mom misses the Ena8 as it was easier to use for her, she liked the unconcealed water container and the grey colour more, the smaller size, and she said that the coffee tasted better from it as well :D

Great question. They are both the same size. The J8 gets the sweet foam container, Coffee Eye and a new grinder system. The J8 is best for consumers who love using different flavour syrups in their drinks

I love my brand new E6. I love my cappuccinos on my E6!!! What are you talking about? I adjust the amount of milk to my liking and my cappuccinos are the perfect blend between cappuccinos and lattes. Quite frankly in the end, all milk-based coffee drinks are similar. Differences are mostly in quantity. No need to spend hundreds more dollars to get a few more icons in the menu. This machine is perfect.

It can make 2 espresso/coffess at the same time but not 2 milk based drinks at the same time. Cleaning is just like the other Juras. Easy.

No one ever mentions that if you EVER have an issue with a Jura machine, you can pay to have it refurbished by Jura. It is like USD 340. Jura makes the best espresso-based drinks available at home, period.

This is the best review of these Miele coffee machines. I watched almost all review videos, none covers all bases. They are mostly too generic and reviewer doesn't know ins and outs of the device (e.g. what does the party mode really do). Thumbs up to #coffeewarehouse

Love my S8, Issues I have I hope you upgraded, the cup warmer clock on and off is just poor and cheep tech. Be nice to have a much easier clock that will keep time if power is off. Also milk cooler , sad can't use it 24/7. Had one go bad under a year but got it replaced with a bit of pulling teeth and learning what to say . Better direct info to customer is needed , Not for 24/7 use only 6 to 7 hours at a time or board inside will fail and freez milk .

Make this experiment. Have coffee in a sealed bag with no air And the other coffee in open air, or unsealed bag Make coffee from both sample and taste them. The idea is that if you get straight from sealed bag it retains the coffee beans arome. For sealing you could use sealing bag machines or just a ziplock bag

I got brand new E8, made maybe 10 cups, but i can`t get that nice foam from my frother. I tried to take frother apart, clean it, but no help. Anyone had this problem?

I like the removable Brew Unit. That will make cleaning a snap. We had a Jura ENA 9 for years and would never buy another one due to the complexity of cleaning the brew unit. Time for a Miele!

Can you explain any required regular servicing of the machine? I am referring to any requirements to ship the machine back to Jura periodically for servicing on a regular basis. My understanding is that this must be done 1x per year to maintain warranty, but I cannot verify

Hi, that’s not necessary. From our trusted Jura service man we got the recommendation to send it in for a “checkup” and internal cleaning every 4-5 years.

Yes. You get the same quality of coffee in the E4 and E6.

Absolutely. The Milk cooler is a nice thing to have but not at all necessary for the machine to operate.

Yes, you can use just a regular milk pitcher and put the tube in the pitcher to catch the milk.... the machine uses its pump to pull the milk in.

You can hardly tell the difference since its the same brew unit so the shot will be the same. The beans have the biggest effect on the taste.
