Thank you : there are plenty of these stays on Airbnb (go for the ones with the reviews) .We booked this for a few days on the app then we asked the owner for a month and we got it for 550$ and yes including water : Electricity : and WIFI ( the internet is good here) I think we paid about 20 dollars after the month stay for additional AC usage that might have spiked up the electricity. always check how they will charge you for electricity: their mostly all very honest and will not rent seek. Also we found a lot of great stays on Facebook market place and Pattaya pages on FB.
