Today...-6 degrees outdoors! As I looked out at the tree near my window I saw my sparrow friends were waiting for me to put out feed. Among them today was a beautiful Cardinal sitting at the top of the tree. Surly a message from my spiritual guides ("Accept your life's importance. Accept yourself as a source of light and do not be afraid to conduct yourself accordingly.") I'm healing from past traumas that keeps an unworthiness in the back of my mind...there is no quick-fix process! It's step by human step to develop an ascending enlightenment. I've only recently learned to stop, look, and listen...my guides are trying to speak to me.
