I love when folk metal is just folk and metal, without any power, progressive or melodic influences. It's kinda hard to find actually, the only well known one I can think of is Korpiklaani

I still love this album. Actually have a physical copy because I found a Chinese based seller on ebay who tracked it down for me years ago. Unfortunately that seller isn't on there anymore.

Me too! Bought the LP back in 2002 at Amoeba Records in San Francisco. It’s a used copy but is in excellent shape. I love the heavy and raw feel to this record
