Even though big boss and his game of crooks were criminals... I'm glad they did not do to drugs. In fact, Big Boss reminds me of the classic old-school mafiosos. Now the mobsters of la cosa nostra (depending on who or what family they are from) forbade any activity that had to do with drugs on the penalties of death. I saw C.O.P.S. as a kid growing up. I first watching this when they were airing on the local independent affiliates (WDCA-TV 20 in Washington, D.C.), where I grew up, where I was in Maryland, at my grandparents' house in South Carolina (when it was re-run as Cyber-C.O.P.S. on CBS in the 1990s on Saturday mornings (1993)), where it was on every weekday, and later on network TV on Saturday Mornings on CBS as part of CBS Kid TV block.
