Man, I didn't think I'd see Sleepwalker in a game. Hope Darkhawk and Death's Head II: Minion are other characters added to these Netease Marvel games. I also see Toxin(Oh, I guess that's Doppelganger), Black Knight, Moon Girl and Juggernaut (who'd be awesome in Marvel Rivals with all those destructible walls.) Oh and the green guy towards the end of the video is Nightmare, they were being cheeky with their description.

I randomly came across your video, but I think you're correct. I was just messing MSF while watching, and ended up putting it down when I realization that I would rather be doing other things than "play" this game. I guess I just needed to hear it said out loud.

Sounds like you could make a new account in a month and love the game again. Sucks they don’t show too much attention to the end game but try everything they can to speed up new players to the point where we are bottlenecked.

Everyone complained about SIM and now there's no gameplay. But that's not all on us, there's no real gameplay. They should introduce more realtime PvP events that give blitz credits and 100 Gold.

Seatin was the first one to put out an I quit MSF video. Everyone else's is a rinse and repeat. It's the same dribble over and over. I lost my fire, passion, it's not fun. Same tired routine. Seatin was an original. To be original now, just don't make an I quit video. Move on and enjoy your life.

They made the game harder to play with all of the negative changes and the crazy amount of screen time. I'm to the point where I'm going to give up captain status, stop spending, and play casually. If things don't get more enjoyable for me, then I'm gone.

The time sink is insane. When I quit a couple of years ago or so, the time sink then was bad. I just looked into the game recently and thought, "This is nuts! This game would be a job if I played for real." Then add the monetization elements and well...

Dan, shame to see you leave the MSF community buddy. Your reasons are resonating many of the thoughts going through my head at present. My only exception to that is the whole Boilon thing. I think that’s more on Scopely and with the two of us being in the Envoy program at the same time certainly the timescale that we were getting information about teams ect given to us was getting closer and closer to release. Like I remember when they used to do silhouettes and it’s was a few weeks before the first team member was released so you had that anticipation.

I’m just over here trying to catch up with old teams. Sad times

The game is a treadmill. Despite what Scopely wants you to believe, there is nothing wrong with taking a break or moving on to games you enjoy more. There are thousands of games, you miss out on a lot of them when you play a game like msf. The backlog of games I have that I want to play is something I look forward to one day.

I stopped playing the Sunday before Thanksgiving for many of the exact same reasons. I came to the realization that this was more of a job than my actual job. Playing games when I want to, rather than fitting life around getting war, raids, cc battles in, or checking the web and chasing the dots around, is so much more freeing.

I don't blame you in the least, i took a year off, grinded my ass off to try to catch up, getting ready to unlock big boy Mephisto and i'm putting it down. It's just logging in and doing chores. Going back to pc gaming where there's something interesting.
