It's a shame that it doesn't have addons and combo explanations like the recent TT videos. I like the class. I'm new, but I don't understand much about combos, and your content is pretty good for newbies.

Got confused...why is it that there are two characters?..does both needs to be seasoned and has to graduate with pen sets then the other for switching the tuvala??..its my first char and im newbnewbs..hehe..

One year later and still not many that plays this class and you know why, because it is the Worst self healing class made. I had one level63 and deleted it a few years back and looks like i made best choice, there are so many other classes that is so much better and where you dont have to grind for that stupid inf pot to get healing. Sad tho, good video and would have liked to have a bow class.

Whats better? Succ or Awakening?

I just graduated my Ninja this Season. It's been the most demanding class I've played so far in terms of attention and player input required. During the grind to 61 on Season Server I eventually developed some basic combos and played in Awakening since 56. It's fun but the constant demand for a lot of player input made the grind tiring.

This was my first class when the game was new. I thought she was going to be a ranged spellcaster, i.e. what Witch / Wizard were at launch. When I started playing I was shocked to see she was a short ranged spellcaster and Awakening turned her into a melee class. Took a long time to accept that.

I'm honestly ONLY good at Ninja, and Succession in particular. Every other class, and Ninja awakening as well, has odd pauses and starts and stops in their moveset that get me stuck fighting big crowds. Ninja Succession is either pure flowing movement or straight up invulnerability, and with the appropriate cooldown rotation even elite enemies melt. Then the only problem is that the ninja is squishy. If you get stunned, you're immediately reduced to very little health. My solution was to sacrifice damage output in order to max knockdown and stun resistances, with Skill Addons oriented towards HP recovery, DP, and evasion. Then I could chew through the "Party recommended" PvE areas solo and hit way above my gear specs.

The further you get from the beginner's position, the worse Awakened Woosa becomes. Unprotected combinations, slow cancels and skill shifts, lost-in-time damage and ect.

the class for me is very fluid but i've also played Warrior since the game came out

Huh i originally thought awakening ninja was only for pvp but it looks like it can be pretty fun with pve also im 10 lvls away from getting it so hopefully its not too hard

My advice on learning ninja for console players place your fingers on L1 R1 L2 R2 circle square and your with your thumb as you combo practice leaving your left joystick stationary sometimes then button mash and eventually you will learn what dose what keep I'm mind ninja requires constant moving around the outside of your apponent but makes it very easy to get back damage I'm ofc talking about succession ninja as I have not awakened yet but I just got the game yesterday and this is how I learned ninja pretty easily
