Both are actually right. Sadhguru tries making a strong point by rightly pointing out the limitations of science. Pinker outsmarts him by pointing out the stupidity in alternative explanations.

How could I possibly cogently make the military tell the truth. The incentive for those whom are complicit in the lies are many. I can barely imagine the circle who remains untainted and sinless. It has been very consistently perpetuated and exploited. Banks are involved, and law is futile if no one values the integrity and fairness of the constitution. Im not sick but I’m not well. I feel used but never violent. Forgive them for they know not what they do. Everyone just assumes I’m a drug addicted morally reprehensible person. Im not. I may never get the chance to defend myself to anyone that isn’t compromised or biased. .And it’s a shame. Guys… why won’t someone just tell me what this is. I’ll forfeit all rights and accept whatever they prove. I need a friend , who hasn’t been paid or compensated to pretend.

Talking about problems, in the open, is usually a step forward but only because the problem gets solved or at least reduced either by the worrier finding a solution or someone helping out. If, instead, you just talk about your problems but make no progress towards solutions then that is 'rumination' and worse than useless. it is also pretty bad if you come up with something you think is a solution but in fact it makes matters worse.

While I'm waiting for that answer, I cooked dinner for my family, updated Fortnite, watched some short clips on youtube, probably going to pee soon. Hopefully the guy will give me the answer I'm waiting for and I can watch some classes and learn something useful. Before that I had sex with my wife wile our kids were outside playing then walked the dog, did all my job for today to get my daily payment in full and now I'm thinking about going to sleep even if that guy doesn't reply to me. I avoid using this device because I have something else to do.

I could tell by certain little details in the earlier talks that he could talk about those subjects but he focused on the analysis at hand and has obviously gained a lot of respect.
