Disappointing Experience -Not Recommended I had pre-booked a Royal Thali for 12 guests at this restaurant, and we had provided a clear brief in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The meal service was disorganized and unprofessional: *The welcome drink and starters were served along with the main thali, despite being instructed to serve them on arrival. Additionally, the manager's behavior was disappointing. It was clear he lacked proper training in food and hospitality management, which impacted the overall experience. *Aloo Bhaja was served after the dal and sabji. * Radhaballvi was served while guests were already eating fish. * Papad was only served after we reminded them, and by then, the meal was almost finished. While having good command of English does not necessarily equate to effective service or timely execution, this was a clear demonstration of poor management. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as the event day is once-in-a-lifetime and cannot be repeated. I feel embarrassed and apologize to my guests for the poor treatment they received.
