We did that hike, as well. I remember how hard all those switchbacks were at the end. The boys did great!

Thanks! It was not too bad. It was hot towards the end especially walking in the sand. But the boys loved the trail and had so much fun climbing and sliding down the rocks.

We had to clean the windshield multiple times throughout the trip. Bugs were everywhere!

Stuart and I used to do a similar route on our mountain bikes. One of us would park where you started and the other would park at the bottom of the blue loop. It's almost all downhill so we would shuttle it and do it over and over.
