My uncle used to have a shop where he would sell dresses and stuff,he even taught me how to make a dummy stand thing by scratch!Now,my aunt runs one but in another country and i just have to fix the pipes that you hang the dresses on.

It is as described. allmy.tips/ClotheSteam It is not the most compact steamer so it’s not ideal for traveling if you’re only taking a carry on. If you’re checking bags in or you travel by land, this is a great accessory to take with you. If you’re a minimalist while you travel, this is not the smallest. It is, however, a great product that does what it claims to do. I was tired of getting the iron out for all the items of clothing that I needed in the morning but the quick and easy process of this steamer makes it uncomplicated.

You could, but the issue with vinegar is that it smells. If you're a professional dry cleaner, or if you're steaming garments you're selling, then you don't particularly want them smelling of vinegar, because your customers may notice. :)
