I don't know about a cheat for this challenge.. As I know most people just keep track themselves and set the rules themselves too. At least i do it this way and i saw some other people do it similarly

Okay so I saw this apartment build in del sol valley and at that moment I was absolutely hooked. Especially since I’ve been playing in city living apartments and I can’t stand the limitations with the weird wall spaces so I’ll definitely get for rent solely for that purpose.
