I’m sorry you’re going through so much right now. If you text HOME to 741741 you’ll connect with the crisis text line. They can help you with resources in your area. I have resources for grief on my website, but I think the crisis text line can give you some valuable information for everything you’re dealing with. Sending light your way 🩷 you’ll eventually get to the other side of everything you’re in right now, even if it seems impossible right now

Grief can make even the simplest things feel so difficult. It’s important to figure out what you need in whatever season of life you’re in and give yourself that 💛

Yeah. And you gotta look at the undealt with grief in the lives of others in our midst. Their anger is sadness that comes out in a funky way. And you have to see it and know that you can't fix another persons. They have to do the work and not expect us to let it live. My mother grieved and I would have helped her. We're all human and it's ok to be sad. You have to let go of people sometimes and let em process it alone if it's harms us. Takes a while to understand it but it's worth it so you can get rid of their pain.

That's so true. Grieving is so hard and can manifest itself in a lot of different way in us and the people around us. Sometimes we have to be in that really hard, difficult place before we're able to get curious about what's next. I've found for me, feeling whatever I'm feeling and letting it move through me rather than push it away helps so much. But everyone is on their own timeline with grief and there's no straight path or one way to get through it. 🩵

I have lost the ability to visualize my future. For years now, everything is a blur and I have just been floating in the water with half a broken paddle
@adriennecrowley5 ай бұрын
That's such a difficult feeling. Give yourself some grace. Hard times can compound and really get the best of us. If you're able to start with just a few minutes of meditation every day to quiet all of the outside noise, it may help open things up for you. If you're in a place where that feels too challenging, something that might sound counterintuitive is to play. Let go of the pressure and try to do the things that bring you some joy, even for just a few minutes a day. That gift can spark a lot of curiosity that might help open things up for you. We can always get on a call and talk through some things. 🩵

@@adriennecrowley It's hard to express these things and it's so helpful when someone can put it so easy into words. I try to fix many things in my life because i feel like i have been sleeping like a lot through my life even if i have been active. Maybe there are something of worth that i can share as well and i just try to figure out how.
@adriennecrowley5 ай бұрын
You definitely have a message you can share. We all do. Also, when we go through hard things, it’s normal to default to going through the motions. There are some days we’re just trying to get through it. Give yourself some compassion. It sounds like you’re in a place where you want to be more intentional, and that’s amazing. Follow your curiosity and see where it leads.

@@adriennecrowley I don't know if you can call it self awareness or some form of a peculiarity witch is what i am trying to get a hold of. Some things that pops up into my consciousness is kinda strange for the one who aren't into the psychic so much and it's hard to even to someone who is on that level. I don't know if you have been going through a rough time when it comes to generation curse. A curse that has been around you while you live your own life without even thinking about it just hanging there waiting for you to get trapped. I figured out how to break from it and it gets even better from there, i have learned through that process how to focus on higher frequencies to repair the body system. It might sound as it is something heavy but it's only heavy if you don't understand it. The wisdom is there it is just that you have to unlock it. Perhaps you have stumbled across something that is about personal universe that exists in our head and there are some things that even my curiosity gets up blown how it is even possible.

Thank you Adrienne! It’s so helping! I lost my little sister and lost my identity and my dreams. It’s weird to focus on my dreams and vision after profound failure of saving her life.
@adriennecrowley5 ай бұрын
I can’t imagine how hard losing your little sister has been on you. Sending you a big hug 🩷. It’s so hard to think about your own future and dreams but if you try, even just visualizing what’s possible for a couple of minutes a day, you can slowly move towards that even when it feels difficult. Give yourself love and compassion through it all.

I live my life the way I need to. The way I want to. Not by someone elses standereds. I support who I support. I don't support hateful people or those who hurt others. I have new friends a support group around. Outside the Internet. I have a bunch of male supporters. Which is what I need in my life. I became close to them. Couple of females to. I never had male supporting me before. They all look after me and protect me if needed.

finding the balance of giving to other and giving to yourself is important. I agree with this insight.
@adriennecrowley Жыл бұрын
It's important to find that balance, and it can look different during the different seasons of our lives. You have to take care of yourself if you want to be able to take care of others!
