Today I race changed my warior into dracthyr. Finally I can play male humanoid who isnt as bulky as human or draenei and have normal eyes, not those glowing elves trash eyes. 😂 Now I am thinking about race change for my ally mage and rogue. 🐲

I have 5 dracthyr, evoker, warlock, priest, Hunter and warrior.! My fav race.

It's an interesting talking point about how this film has become less scary as viewing has improved. The original is a much darker due to the limitations back then and more modern versions are brighter, which kinda kills the atmosphere a bit.

For the first time??? Its one of my favourite horror movies of all time. A lot of it has not held up but I still love it, the role-playing game is also one of my favourites.

the ds was actually a game boy in earlier editions, but they changed it for the movie. the books must've been updated to match it. your review echoes what i thought as a kid. even then i felt the characters were a bit emotionless and flat. but then my fav show at the time was m.i high. which is about as campy as a spy show gets. so I'm not really surprised XD

I started with the 3rd one & tbh I credit this series with getting me into the spy genre as a kid.

It took me a relatively short time to read all the books, but forever to pick up the last one. I didn't want it to end!!! Love this series ❤

Its my favorite series. First started reading it in 8th grade when only half the books were out.... Read the full story about 4-5 times now and it gets better each read actually - the story is so big its hard to fully digest it in one go. Usually takes me 2-3 months to read it, 3.5 years songs like a long time. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy. If you dont like fantasy then probably skip it. If you dont like it by book 4 then dont keep reading - I think by book 4 you will either love or hate it and at that point your opinion isnt likely to change.

Read the series in 3.5 months, almost gave up around book 4, and again at book 9. I'm glad I read it, but I don't think I'll re-read like I've been doing with Sanderson. The last 3 books were worth the build up imo, but I'm a fast reader.

So the bit you missed about slayer and luc. They were two separate beings sharing a body. Slayer was actually LAN’s half brother that disappeared as a baby when his mother tried to escape the fall of Maliker after she effectively caused it. He then grew up in the human settlements of the blight and it was rough to say the least.

I read most of it and i regret it. It did pretty much everything i hate about fantasy literature. Prophecy Magic fixes all problems Bad guys working against each other Zero personality main character I remember i would listen to the audiobook and when i was done i couldnt recall a single thing that actually happened.

getting so involed with a narrative that the bad stuff makes you really depressed, is something I've struggled with too. this series sounds intriguing though!

To be honest... killing characters is a good thing. And the fact they finally do it in game not in a book... I couldnt believe they would kill such prominent lore characters like Rhonin and Korialstraz, Varian and Voljin, yet here we are... Hmmmm... ... nah, still not making me want to take a break from FF14... but we're getting there XD
