Today in college my knee got dislocated and it hurts like someone breaking my bones by turning it over and over but eventually my teachers and my friends grab me and made me stand and it went back to it's centre the pain was f*©king like i am about to die

I just did this test yesterday, for exertional compartment syndrome. No anesthesia because it can apparently mess with the pressures. It wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be. I got sticked two times per leg, twice. It does hurt a bit but honestly, walking the next day or two is worse in my opinion.

Most of the comments to this video miss the main point... this is an emergency, you're in the back country, definitive medical care is hours away, you have one epi-pen. You need a second dose. You know what you're doing. We learned this in the Wilderness Medicine course I took some years ago, and it's only something you would do when the alternative was dying. bupe is a weak partial agonist.Esentialy it just tickels those receptors...reducing physical withdrawal. but it has literally no sedation or euphoria...abuse is almost non existant.Because it can't fully or sufficiently activate the receptors to cause pleasure
