c 350e model 2015 W205's rear camera isn't working, so I replaced the camera, but the symptoms don't resolve. When gear R is running, the rear camera is running for about 2 seconds, and then the screen goes back to the menu. And the lid of the rear camera won't open. I forced it to open, and the camera screen comes out, but the still goes back to the menu after about 2 seconds. any one can help?

Today i changed high voltage battery and i conoding this battery. But car not need working correctly. I from in Georgia Tbilisi and here no one peopel don't know about the hybrid BMW.if you help me I will be very grateful.I have, as it seems to me, all the necessary laptop with all the software and also the connection to the machine is all set up. tools for coding I am not a service station or a service, this is my car and I really like it and would like to make it.
