This does not work, because the tube shrink over time. The old tube will be too short and the new tube will hurt your ear.

I have a Siemens hearing aid that I bought from Lazada. The tubing is too small to fit onto the hearing aid. It is very difficult to get iton and won't stay one. I have tried heating it and stretching the tube, it but it. I am convinced that the tubing is not the right size. You should not have to struggle to get it on, and then it wont's stay on.
