What a waste of a post. I didn't see any 'aid' other than someone getting her tablets for her. What if this was her first attack and she had no tablets prescribed yet? What does a 'first responder' look out for? What are the clues that tell you it's an angina attack rather than anything else? Terrible posting.

I once fainted, after having my wisdom teeth removed. I fainted, as i was leaving the dentist's office - in a stone stairway, no less. I hit my head pretty hard (though i don't remember feeling it happen) and got away with a minor concussion. I'm just happy it didn't happen while i was on my bicycle, on the way home.

Pray during giving first aid and you will see what God is able to do. Because when every possible man's best way don't do it, the patient will need the prayers more than everything else. God bless you for the video.

Yesterday, I went to flushing to eat Chinese hot pot. I had the spicy 🌶️ one just one bowl. After which I started having severe pain in my stomach as it was empty earlier as I didn’t have my breakfast, lunch and it was around 6 pm when I was having the hotpot. Pain score was 10/10 in my stomach and then started to have dizziness, profuse sweating and felt like I was gonna faint. I was almost thinking of calling 911. But took few minutes to see if it settles on its own. I drank water, went to the restroom 🚻 splashed cold water on my face and pooped a little after which the symptoms went away. I m still thinking if it was a vasavagal near syncope or a cardiac related near syncope? I felt like it’s my last day on earth. Thank god I m here.

I am also aware that paramedics currently inject adrenaline directly into the heart muscle in cases of severe heart attacks and I just thought that the method that I have illustrated below might be a somewhat gentler approach to that coursing less harm to the heart muscle system and hopefully, it will work just as well here's wishing. Amen.

Hi, I am from the U.K. and I am a member of the blue cross which deals with animal welfare like a first aider for animals and first Aider for humans too though I have not renewed my licenses now for many years I have been trained in the St Johns, the St Andrews, and the Red Cross techniques, I first took and passed my exam test way back in about 1982-4.I have since done a physical training course that dealt with all the systems of the body including nutrition do not remember much of that now as this was also long ago now and I am 67 years old. However, the main things to remember are to call 999 and ask for an ambulance and give them all the known history of the patient and the history of their injuries ask bystanders about the accident history of the incident, ensure that the patient is moved into the recovery position as soon as possible unless there are injuries to their neck or spine to look to see if there are any obvious signs of injury and how they might have occurred smell for alcohol and look for drug abuse also ask bystanders about these injuries and what they might know about how the patient may have gotten them. Make sure that there are no signs of a broken spine or neck before you move the patient into the recovery position on their side and to check that the airway is clear and that nothing (including clothing or bags and body position) is obstructing the mouth to prevent the flow of puke and natural gravity from flushing any intoxicated puke out of their body, check that there is a pulse, and that they are still breathing(if there is a pulse then their heart is still working, if their heart is still working then they are still receiving oxygen to their brains which is good as it means no brain damage, however drugs and alcohol can greatly reduce the rate and percentage of much needed oxygen to the brain and so heart compressions or mouth to mouth resuscitations might well assist to increase their oxygen levels), to increase airflow of the patient loosen restrictions such as belts and ties shirt neck buttons(this is best done when there are other people there with you who can witness that nothing sexual has been going on) to check to see if they are on any kind of medication(once again you will need to check their pockets to see if they have any medicine tablets etc and this is also best done when there are other witnesses there with you in case there are any allegations of theft) ask bystanders if anybody knows this person and if they might know if they are diabetics or asthmatic or may suffer from any other condition, look at their wrist to see if they have recently been discharged from Hospital sometimes they might still have their hospital band wrapped around their wrists and that might also have the name of the hospital and their ward number on it, look for needle puncher wounds in the crook of their arms opposite side of their elbows the same with the tender side of their knees, their hands and their feet and sometimes their thighs too to see if there are any obvious needle puncture wounds bruising usually found consistent with intravenous drug abuse. If they are breathing and awake, then offer them some water or sweet energy juice because it is likely that they will be suffering from shock, if you see any signs of their suffering from shock then keep the patient warm if you can offer them some sweet tea unless they are diabetics then you had better ask them if they would prefer sugar or not but hot tea will help to warm the core of their bodies and help them to survive their ordeal and as soon as your arrive on the scene remember to call the ambulance services and police if you think that an assault has taken place. Okay, and so that stuff I just spoke about was just the norm that any good first aid officer should know however now I wish to intend to go one further using my own personal knowledge gained from studying first aid and also learning to become a physical training instructor I am going to open up new insight into a new approach or rather a more full in-depth approach for paramedics to use in emergency roadside incidents and God willing once Doctors have all read this and discussed this then they might well make it mandatory for every paramedic to carry. Okay, so we know that the heart pumps oxygen to the brain and if that stops then brain damage will occur within 3-minutes, Okay, so we use heart compressions to introduce blood into the brain, then we use mouth-to-mouth resuscitations to introduce oxygen into the blood. Okay, so by heart compressions we are not only pushing and pumping blood around the body and up into the brain but by moving the blood we are also exciting the metallic minerals within the blood which produce biochemical static electricity within the body which allows all the electrical systems of the body to function, okay, however our heart compressions may not be pumping the blood around the body as quickly as the heart might do and therefore they will not be exciting the metallic minerals within our blood so strongly as the heart does but further to this situation it might also depend upon whether a person is homeless or not or eating a balanced diet to ensure that their blood is sufficient in the correct amount of metallic minerals to survive the attack which their bodies are presently going through; and so, therefore, my suggestion would be for paramedics to inject such a person with a metallic mineral dose directly into the blood system in order to make sure that the patients system has enough of the correct metallic minerals within it to help enable it to restart the heart muscle using it's bodys own biochemical electricity I truly hope that this might help paramedic in future.

@@joelsteele2824 the video shows someone washing their hands without bothering to take their ring off. Rings are a breeding ground for bacteria! This whole video is about preventing infection! A good example should be set as to what best practise is.
