Hey, loved the vibe🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested.

3 axis to 5 axis machine prices are significantly different also software as well - these type of machine prices are related also equipment quality far-east companies supply around 50k usd european ones double or triple price as 3 axis when you go for 5 axes then need to buy from good company who has expertise and reference machines because there are too many details

I cant even tell how excited I was for my dms machine after videos like this one. And then my non functioning/ slapdash built. horrible customer service DMS 5 axis machine arrived... what a let down. This company scams their customers. I made a video on all of it on my channel.

I bought one of their 5 axis machines this year and it has been the most baffling experience of my life. the company sent the machine unfinished and then tried to charge me travel costs for their tech after six months of them not being able to get the machine operating. Reach out to me if you are considering this company and I will gladly share my nightmare to prevent you from having your own.

This would work much better if the Machine I bought from DMS had a dependable z axis. Otherwise its just another error to compound. I would avoid this company and if you are considering a dms CNC give me a call and let me tell you about my DMS experience.

There is a reason they dont show it cutting anything. I own one of these machines and the 5 axis is not rigid enough for what they advertise the machine to be used for.

I bought this over quarter of a million dollar machine new this year and I have to say that it was a major mistake. DMS is a horror story to deal with. The machine fit and finish is far below what is needed for a machine like this to be correct. The machine was shipped unfinished and untested when shipped and they have depended on my labor and time to diagnose and fix their issues. If you are considering purchasing a DMS machine reach out to me and let me help you prevent having the same horror story experience I have had with DMS.

This looks great but having bought one of these machines after the sale of DMS to a foreign company I can say that the new machine I bought is not this accurate. build fit and finish leaves so much to be desired.

Having spent over a quareter of a million dollars with this company on their 5 axis cnc I have to say that this video was made on a much better built machine then mine. having inacurate z axis repeatability and a complete lack of stiffness in the machine makes the 5 axis capabilities useless on the materials they show in this video. Reach out to me if you are considering purchasing a DMS machine and let me tell you my horror story with this company to avoid you having one yourself!

Having spent over a quarter of a million dollars with this company on a 5 axis machine I can tell you that this machine is not as great as they try to make it look. the fagor encoder motors have been a major issue and the finish quality of the DMS machine leaves SO much to be desired. They show this machine machining aluminum but when you buy their machine and machine aluminum the rigidity is not there. The machine is a noodle and when you talk to the company post sale they pull the "well its just a router" tactic. They show these great shots in this video but they should really just show it cutting particle board and plywood since that is all the machine really can do. But when they are selling you the machine you think its going to be the ultimate machining center. Its not. its a badly constructed router with bad management that blames problems on anyone within reaching distance rather then take accountability for their own assembly mistakes. Call up the company and ask for Gregory, this is the service manager and he is a finely tuned weapon of misdirection. If you are considering a DMS machine reach out to me and let me tell you my nightmare story to avoid you having the same experience.

I have no affiliation with this company so I can't answer specifically. But a giant 5-Axis CNC like this is going to cost more than an average house in the USA. Expect to pay $300,000-750,000+ (up to millions of dollars) but this can probably be financed though a business lender. So if your quarterly production can meet the minimum payment due, then you are in business. Software to run it, I'm not sure. But in the USA most machinists use Master Cam which is the preferred choice for CNC toolpaths. Most companies and engineers use Solidworks, AutoDesk/AutoCad, Catia, Onshape, or Rhino3D or similar CAD programs for design. Rhino3D is my favorite for complex (freeform) shapes like this.

@@25sumanth where can I buy aramex ?
@sumanthpolavarapu51294 жыл бұрын
@@edited.echoes Aramex is company name which made honeycomb panel with paper first. so the name generated as Atamex core. Basically we can use different materials for core like paper aluminium, paper, plastic, Nomex which were bonded into several layers to form thick core. Bonding operation changes from material to material. For paper and nomex materials resin is applied for bonding so curing must be done depending on resin cure time. I don't have any info about suppliers.
