Impresionante trabajo, felicitaciones! Y pensar que la discográfica no le gustó el tema porque nadie querría escuchar una melodía por 15 minutos......uf que groso error!!!! No me canso de escucharla, perfección absoluta.... belleza por donde se mire 🍀🍀

Can’t tell which Freddie Mercury I prefer, 70s or 80s, both are too damn good🔥

The most important point in comparing is this: Freddie ALWAYS gave 100% of himself. Whatever he had on a given night, he gave. It's funny Kurt Cobain mentioned that in his suicide note because he saw that Freddie didn't lose the passion of his live performance. I think it's true that his songwriting in the 80s didn't maintain the genius of his 70s songwriting but live he was the shit.

If you want an objective comparison: it was very interesting because my assumption would have been that there was a big change in the 80s but it was closer than you would expect ie the perception of difference is largely due to other factors like how Freddie looks. However, I would say that Freddie sustained his notes for longer in the 70s on the ballad/operatic parts. Conversely he gained a little something in his voice on the rockier parts by the 80s.

Watching Freddie do his thing simply make me so happy. If I'm in a mood, I watch a video (or 100) and then I'm ok. Seriously. I think of how his mindset was (as told by his PA and close friends) when he was on stage. In school, he boxed. Win or lose, in his mind he was a winner; a champion. He did his famous strut all over the place not because he was "dancing" like so many ppl thought he did (how crazy funny is that), but he did it because "he was in the ring". Boxers usually prance around, and jump a little bit, kind of like step-jumps. Perhaps not heavyweight lol.......but he was a champ and most of his moves are from just that. It's a fun fact, and nothing more do I enjoy than to watch Freddie do the Peacock Strut, as PF would say. (I cannot stand editing due to spelling. They should not show the word 'edited' as it is....ugh) He makes me happy. He makes all of us super freaking happy!! THANK YOU so much for posting this!!
