That's great, I need to change a broken lever and it looks pretty simple.

Excellent video. I recently had the coolant cable get damaged by the sprocket bcoz of incorrect assembly of the sprocket cover. Unfortunately this was done by the service center and i had to give the bike back to get the hose replaced.

What did you need the pliers for?

do you need a torque wrench to tighten the bolt on the bottom? or could I do this with a smaller ratchet?

Great video ! The pivot collar in my old clutch lever is stuck. I have tried to spray oil, and even to knock it out. Any idea to how to get it loose?

Would NEVER use vice grips on that cable nut. Would cause cosmetic damage.

Don’t fit them you have less leverage, they are just for show. The video is very well done though if you want them.

Lovely video! How much more range do they give you? I have smaller hands so I'm wondering if it will make the levers a bit closer than the stock ones.

Did followed this all the way through... until putting the clutch level back on. Just went for a ride and realised I’ve not put the pin / sleeve back into the new clutch level. It was loose. Now I know it’s an easy fix, just watch the last 30 seconds 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m late to this video but your quick shifter cable is routed incorrectly! It needs to make one loop under the selector rod.

Which part number this lever is? I ordered one and it did not have the slot for the brake switch.

I wish I had seen this video sooner. I broke my oem clutch lever and ordered an aftermarket oem style off eBay. I thought that was the easiest repair I had a shot with doing myself. Turns out I could have bought that style lever and would have been doable even for the not so Mechanically inclined. Regardless, this video was really great and helpful for my repair. Thank you!!
