I built in that crossroad area in my current play through near that tin ore deposit. Good but tough area to build at first. Lots of Bandits pass through there. Lubomir died like 15 times until I got him a shield and good weapon. I had like 30 scrap on day 11. lol. So good place for scrap farming. Oh, did you remember to turn blocking assist off? Good Vid

I thought the Skills Learning speed help with how fast you learn overall. Like when you use your club against enemies you get strength and 1 hand skills, which you get more faster the higher you set the Skills Learning Speed. Probably books to. Good Vid

Probable for both, but likely is as you say just for skill usage as opposed to book reading.

hi dude I played the game a few years ago, it was simple and easy. How is it with the current DLC? Is there any serious update in the game?

When it first came out, it was quite a bit easier to take over. Now, you need to be more strategic to win. The big example was when I first played it, all you had to do was find the rival boss's HQ, take it, and you win. Now, the HQs are masked and you have to take a certain amount of their rackets to expose the HQ to take it. Just one example, but yes a few things have changed to make it a bit more of a challenge to win. Good in my opinion.

Making iron arrows in the workshop make sense. There is usually always someone in the workshop making and repairing tools. Arrows is something that needs to be made constantly and having to have another person working in the blacksmith wasted PPL resources. Also, it is great they separated them in the unlock tree from having to unlock a certain bow first. You should be able to use and any arrow with any bow.

You might know, but guards cause the raid threat lvl to drop. If you have 1 guard and 1 worker, you get no raids. Good Vids

Yes, in my beginners episode I do mention that. It is also dependent on the size and level of the raid. Sometimes you need more than one guard. Thanks for the input and reminder!

I agree for the mining part that, to me at least, it makes no sense that I mine, a smaller rock for example and get 5 crude rock but them I will mine a whole huge bolder and get maybe 3 crude rock?? I think if you mine a huge boulder you should get at least 3 to 5 times the amount that you would get from mining a smaller rock. Or at least break the huge boulder into 3 to 5 smaller rocks that you can then mine to receive crude rock.

After maybe 5 restarted games I finally put my base by the wolf lair which has birds circling above it as well pretty good spot .. somewhat on the quiet side for bandits though

Yeah, it all depends on how you want to play. I like being a little closer to bandits for renown and item drop. If you can find a place where they frequently pass through (there are several) and build a base either next to that road or on top of it, it is like a passive renown machine if you can get enough followers stationed there.

Good stuff. Been thinking of maybe using the books mod and now the tool mod possibly at the very least just to feel like a badass ...oh no armor penalty as im typing this sounds like a must have one forsure haha

To be honest, the tool mod is less of a mod and more of a need to fix for me. I don't want something everytime I swing, but I don't want it to be random if I get something so I feel you there.

Correct, the Mods Unlocker (www.nexusmods.com/bellwright/mods/2) allows for all the mods in this video to work properly. One thing I will caution is that if there is any update, no matter how minor, can cause crashes, so look for updates to mods as soon as updates come out. The Haul mod broke my game a couple of times after an update, so just be aware.

No multiplayer. It is just a matter of playing a couple of other times before, making glaringly bad mistakes, trying again and finally figuring out a few of the major mechanics lol

hi in this mod, they removed the screamer mechanic/ frankly i kinda liked the whole screamer generated coming from heat source/noise. how can i enable this ? i recently started playing with the mod but noticed no screamer are spawning

There may be mods out there that add something like that back in, but it would need to be compatible. The only other way is to go into the mod overhaul folder itself and see if there is a mod that takes this out. It may just be that the creator took it out for specific reasons.

I want to say that they have been increased in frequency, but I do not believe you have the ability to change the amount or speed, other than just the speed of zombies period, for the wandering hordes, other than opening the code and changing the numbers yourself. I know there are some modding tools out there that allow you to make those types of modifications. I have never used them myself however . . .

They seem to be a more truer representation of the Pen & Paper Pathfinder game than most D&D video games are to the Pen & Paper version. Glad you are enjoying them!

Just watched Cautious Pancake's Infinity Horde 7D2D mod playthrough EPISODE 1. Here is what it is about in his own words; Getting started in my first playthrough series, playing 7 Days to Die with a new mod that keeps you in horde night until enough zombies have been killed, and increases the number of zombies during horde night until the final challenge - where the zombies never stop! So if you want a great challenge then check out his series (the first episode at least) of this mod and see if you could do it.

Good Vid, Mod name is pronounced Weres UK :) Ive watched your game play & have adjusted the Plus zombies as there spawning way to much..When doing Quest items you must stay in the station your in for it to count, thats part of the vanilla code that cant be changed by modding.. So wait till each one completes.. You can cheat & fill in the 6 slots so it cant finish until you enter the station.. Thanks, Oh by the way the NPC's can Open & Close doors that arent locked lol.. :p The zombie edits are mod version 10.0

Doing better than the first Ep :) Magnum is a harder weapon to use in this overhaul :) Shotgun or Vulture works well...

Normal, adventurer I believe it is. It is just a difficult game to start. After you get established it gets more "normal" and then easy from what I hear.

Better Vanilla ist der Größte Müll !! Da Spiel ich Lieber das alte Originale !!! Warum: weil noch nicht mal die Einstellungen Funktionieren und man hier Verarscht wird !! Ich habe die Zombies leicht Eingestellt also auf laufen und was machen die im Spiel sie Rennen auf einen zu !! und dann sind sie viel viel viel viel viel zuuuuuu Stark !!!!!!! Techniker Vollidioten !!! Bevor man son Mod raus bringt sollte man erstmal die Einstellungen Kontrollieren !!! Auch andere Einstellungen Funktionieren Überhaupt nicht !!!! Fazit wieder gelöscht und Spiele das Original !!! Der größte Mist !!
