Wow, so much time and afford. For a tool, that will scratched quite soon. Respect. Greetings from germany.

The most beautiful bench I have ever seen. Should be in a glass case to protect it from everything. Congratulations.

Dude, interesting video, but I'll never know because the "music" is so insanely annoying, the CIA should use it in place of waterboarding to get terrorists to talk.

Hats of to you !! That is a lovely build...You have inspired me to take some chances and design something functional but beautiful.. Shop space should be more than a slab of plywood on a set of legs in the shop .. Thank you for the video I must say I usually dont hang on to videos that aren't moderated , but your clever use of text bubbles was cool I did enjoy that very much. You are a creative soul. I look forward to your future here on the ole tube...

Really glad to see the acetone wipedown between glued surfaces. Tropical wood speciese have significant amounts of oil that prevent good adhesion even with epoxy. I like to also profile the edges with a light 80 grit sanding to create “tooth’ for a better bond.

Beautiful piece of craftsmanship. So beautiful, I'd be afraid to work on it. I need a workbench, but as nice as it it, this is not the one for me.

It's absolutely stunning; the wood on the top is soo beautiful. My concern is that our workbench is one of our most important tools and does it feel too precious to use properly? One of the tricks I really like the idea of intellectually (but struggle with at an emotional level) is first job on a new bench is to take a mallet to it and give it a few hearty thwacks to get it out of the way!

Your old bench was better. You'll never work properly on that piece of furniture, frightened a chisel will slip, or a drill will penetrate, or a saw will drop through a cut before you expect. These showy benches are pointless, other than as KZbin fodder.

Pretty sure he's been working on it pretty consistently since he built it. That leather sheet does wonders, and he can just sand out any scratches if he feels like it.
