They didn't show it in the video but there are panels that go the entire length of the patio cover that cover the individual ceiling panel that the light is installed in.

Finishing my build but having a hard time attaching the gutter. Is it supposed to be so tight? almost to where i have to pry open the slot for it to slide on panels?

Dear 25Zlobmaster, Panels are usually ordered an inch shorter then the total length of the projection to allow them to fit properly in the gutter. Also, panels and gutters come in different sizes and you must be sure you order the right type of gutter to fit your panels. Best, Daniel Ortiz Office Manager
