I live on the North Shore of Lake Superior near this project it is very exciting to see Helium not related to hydrocarbons and in such high concentrations in Northern Minnesota i think geology textbooks will have to rewrite the chapters related to helium formations. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! Frazer Fearnhead is well-known for being a deceptive chancer. He is as dodgy as a person can possibly be! Investigate every business he has ran over the last 20 years! Read up on him on Wikipedia or Property Tribes etc. etc. Now he's run off to Spain to avoid the arms of the law here in the UK.

Frazer Fearnhead is a serial snake oil salesman! Look up his firm on Wikipedia: "All of The House Crowd’s active development loans were in default. The company owed investors £52.7m in capital and interest. It has emerged that The House Crowd had a series of major governance failures in the run-up to its collapse. Companies House documentation has revealed concerns surrounding a c. £390,000 loan taken out by Frazer Fearnhead, “that breached [the firm’s] credit policy which constituted a reportable matter to the FCA and a conflict of interest”. This unauthorised loan by Frazer Fearnhead, and the inability of The House Crowd to strengthen its balance sheet, led the company's non-executive directors to conclude that the possibility of the FCA releasing the firm from voluntary requirement measures was likely to be jeopardised. As a result, they recommended the company be put into administration. Due to, among other reasons, "an environment of poor record keeping and documentation" that have led to "significant challenges", the administrators have not been able to return any loaned sums to lenders. The fact that Frazer Fearnhead took me and hundreds of other people for a ride is hard to bear. He has ruined my and my husband's retirement plans and left us in psychological tatters. Even though we are in our seventies, my husband has had to go back to work to enable us to have enough money to cover our bills. Is anybody else here also a House Crowd victim?

Be very careful about them, especially CEO who may promise that you can get your money investments out anytime. Do not take his word for it and make sure you get it in writing as evidence. Do not get badgered into investing money, since he can be very persistent and put on a very positive spin on the investment opportunities they may offer. Very smooth talking guy, would not trust his promises. Definitely get seek professional advice before choosing to invest with him. STAY AWAY

It had a bump earlier in the year but now it's sunk down again. Perhaps the best chance for its future is a takeover by a big investor that can pump in new funds.

Great company with excellent prospects. Powerful dividend looks safe and well covered, but we are unlikely to see the 20% gap to NAV recover until interest rates drop and the Debt ratio is nearer to 30%

Unfortunately capital growth is being ignored in this trust. They hold plenty of very good growth stocks in their portfoilio but, apart from 3I Group, none are large enough holdings to make an effect on the trust's share price.

I see an investment philosophy that has a lot in common with Fundsmith. I would like to see Mid Wynd further concnetrate their portfolio on their highest conviction ideas. I think 25 names max. This would be unique amongst the other trust in the global AIC sector (excluding Lindsell Train Investment Trust which is unique and Martin Currie Global). All the managers i seen that create consitent alpha have concentrated portfolios. There arent many great companies in the world.
