I’ll be interested to hear how you perceive a niche beast such as the UDO Gemini vs this Juno-D6 which provides a lot of bang for the buck. I didn’t stick with my UDO Super 6, it was a magnificent piece of synth but at the end I was no sensitive to its sound and the ergonomics.

@@Airhaert well the lack of display ruined my user experience, too many key combinations as well IMO. Not enough storage for presets but this is consistent with the lack of display I imagine.

It's like a universal language in which you can express that which bubbles up from within. Haha cliche answer, I know, but I guess there's something to it!

It's for sure on the pricey side, however, I see it as a a sonic investment in a tool that elevates and shakes the mix. The bass alone should speak for itself. And, the stereo imaging alone is wild! + the rotary preset recall engineering is quite the deal breaker on this one. I have to keep a note book to recall patches on my other synths! Plus the mechanical keys 🤤... The click/tap ASMR on it is on point.

Limitations/restrictions can force you to be creative (work around them/ live with them). These long nails limit you in a certain way, but also give the opportunity to dive deep into the analog rhythm ... Use that !
