The house was dismantled before demolition. All the windows doors flooring cabinets lights wiring appliances even down to the wall plugs were salvaged before demolition. And as much of the plants and trees that could be saved were removed.

All homes must disclose a carbon footprint and if the number is higher than the average house, the owners must stfu about how the average person must conserve anything.

@ the uber rich that can afford these types of homes are exactly the ones, whether on Wall Street, big banks, big Pharma CEOs, Hollywood elites etc. Both individually or through their corporations and affiliates. They are the political donors driving such agendas as well.

Shows that only land has permanent value. Someone else will probably have different taste in design from you to warrant complete rubuilding, if they can only afford it.
