The left hand picture looks sharper to me (tree detail etc.) and I guess the right hand side is a downconversion of the left. At the start both seem to have run out of bitrate to code the grass and obviously the slower movement later in the piece is easier to compress. The realunknown is how KZbin's compression treats the material.

Really enjoyed that.! The countryside to the West of Welshpool is stunning anytime of the year and the with the layer of snow, it is just “icing on the cake!!”. Incidentally, how high will your drone go, as some of the aerial shots were spectacular!!? Keep warm, Best Wishes Roy W

Wow, Totally amazing!!! The River Severn really has flexed its muscles.!! The floods must have caused at the least massive problems for the locals. Many roads appear impassable. Hope you didn’t get wet filming this. Best Wishes Roy W

It's quite a sight to see from 400ft high! I think all 4 of the main roads out of Welshpool were closed at some point because of the flooding!

Back again. I’ve just re visited this vid and the picture clarity is excellent. The video clearly shows the delightful scenery through which the line runs. And,Yes, the ZB loco is very photogenic and sounds lovely.

The plan, described as 'Bold, ambitious, exciting, and visionary' (by the creators), seems to be an unimaginative project of 'Demolish and build coffee shops'. Not particularly exciting really. Oh, and cause traffic mayhem. I do wonder who will pocket all the dosh from the contracts.
