Despite all the disappointment a lot of people had when this game first came out, I still think 10 years later it has some of the best gameplay ever. The stealth mechanics are top notch, difficulty is a perfect balance, and levels offer a lot of creative freedom. Still a shame this game never got the love it deserved. I'd do anything for them to make another reboot/sequel.

The interesting thing is, it's all super over the top, ludicrous, overblown, kitschy... But it's basically the real thing. People did do this, although in a much more boring way. Someone wrote a paper, someone else signed it, someone informed the asylum, someone drove the truck up to the entrance, someone helped the patients out and into the truck someone processed them, someone gave the injection, and someone cremated the bodies. Aktion T4 was real. And this, for all its power fantasy adn drama, is basically a condensed version. They even show Nazi soldiers taken aback by killing of the doctors, but only temporarily; they try to be civil to the still living nurse and thinking "WTF, what an itchy trigger finger that crazy sergeant has", but minutes/hours later they're like "well, what are we gonna do, they said kill 'em and that was self-defense" and go on with their merry lives.
