Well, here's additional advice. Don't let someone's achievement be the _only_ reason you praise them. Sometimes we shouldn't have to _earn_ someone's respect; we should show it regardless unless they give us a reason not to. A worker of mine saved a person's life from a burning building, despite having no experience. He risked his life. Afterwards, I told him he was amazing and that he was a true hero. That I couldn't have been any prouder and more impressed. To my surprise, he said, "Well, I'm glad you feel that way...but it doesn't mean I appreciate it. You're only saying that because of what I've done. If I hadn't, you still would've thought the same way you felt about me previously, and that's not cool." He then walked away. I didn't understand at the time, but after some deep thinking, I realized what was going on. A couple days prior, I unfairly reprimanded him. l’m a high-ranking chef at a university and I was told by an employee that he'd been touching crew members too much (causally on arms and shoulders). He was always very outgoing and tactile at work. I took him to my colleague’s office and told him he shouldn't touch anyone without consent. Just handshakes. I said we needed the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment, that he pretty much shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school. How he shouldn't tell his stories because they may be inappropriate to some degree to the other workers; funny to him only. I think he’s about 25. He seemed pretty quiet and uncomfortable during my speech. Answered a question or two with a nod and headshake. I didn't think I did anything wrong at the time, but after thinking about the guy's words and how he could've lost his life, I realized where I was wrong. Yes, I needed to address his behavioral "issue," but I should've been more respectful. More filter, less touching at work? Yeah, but compromise would've been fine. Like, only touching friendly coworkers he gets along great with. It's perfectly natural to causally touch or tap people *without* it being creepy. He never meant to be that word. He just needed some limits, not all or nothing. I should’ve shown more patience and only given him a very brief and gentle talk in the hall, not a firm lecture in the office with his boss present. And I should _not_ have asked her if there anything she wanted to add. That was SO insensitive and idiotic of me. My worker never meant any discomfort or harm. He only meant to have fun with his coworkers. I made him feel bad, and then when he did something heroic, I tried to make him feel good. That's not rue respect, is it? I _am_ a jerk.

This is beautiful. There are people out here right now who have graduated to the next level in life. Despite people trying to pull them down, discredit them, lie on them, they still stayed the course. Congratulations to anyone out there on their new journey. I am so proud and happy for you all. Love and kisses to you all!! What a beautiful way to start off the new year!! Leave all baggage behind. Do not take it with you. Pack light everyone!!! Yay!!

Bad breath (Halitosis) is a disease from the stomach and not something you can fight from the mouth only. I use to think I can use all kind of mouth wash product to cure mind and for many years no positive change until I meet a herbal Doctor who helped me with his herbal remedy to cure it permanently from my body just after two days (2) taking the medicine as directed by him I began to see some good changes, my breath was noticeably fresher and cleaner and most importantly now I am cured, all thanks to God. ‘’My dragon breath’’ hasn’t returned since and till now I’m free. Only Dr.Ani John has the herbal remedy to bad Breath. Contact him today for your cure, all thanks to Doctor Ani for saving my life God Bless you sir..
