I totally agree and understand this wonderful therapy methods to heal and help the body to adjust to soo much going on in this earth world that is harmful and difficult to deal with. The only thing I don’t understand is when you mention about the man that was so invested in his laptop, it does not matter she had money the outcome is he healed and he could carry a normal real life. Thank you for teaching us about Somatic Therapy !! Yea the world needs it now !! God Bless you both ⭐️❤️🙏🕊 Also we could all explore what God has created for us all and what the negatives of this world are We call good and evil. Jesus is the pathway to peace with His Wisdom 🙏 Praying is releasing all bad to Our Creator❤️🩹

My wondering about how events land as trauma or simply as accepted events (the witnessing of a car accident can disturb one and not another) is perhaps Karma is at play, or, a kind of legacy burden in that the manifestation of trauma is a symptom to be picked up by one's community. Symptoms are indications of problems; misapprehensions; wrong thinking and living. That a person becomes traumatized by any event, simple or extreme, could be a fail safe or red flag for those of us witnessing to help but also correct our focus in life.

Are the two of you related? When I saw the video thumbnail, I thought it was a younger and older version of the same man. I was surprised to learn that is not the case. On to a relevant portion of this comment, the fact you are both helping the world to heal themselves is such a beautiful gift and extremely great use of your time and talents. Thank you both!

thank you for bringing up the topic of forgiveness and that someone might not be ready for this, especially in regard to religious or social expectations. It's ok to know that this is a process that takes time and that the "feeling" of forgiving can be difficult. It has been freeing to finally have some explanation to what has been occurring in a long -term relationship and some understanding into negative patterns that have developed over the years.

What should you do when you struggle with feeling uncertain all the time. I question myself all the time. I second guess myself all the time. I feel like I don’t trust myself to make good decisions. I do make good decisions most times. But I overthink everything, and I stress myself out lol. How do you learn to trust yourself? Be more secure with your decision making. How can I be more certain about things I should be certain about? ❤

I don't think fight and flight are the same thing. Fight is rage and anger and confrontation, flight is fear and retreating and escaping. They seem like completely different things.

Saying that Darwin is one of his heroes is like admitting he's a typical brain-dead academician who has learned the ropes of how to make a lucrative living by doing very little, besides keeping in step & collaborating with up to date brainwashing techniques he's ordered & trained to use. Being a bribed enabler of the elites, carries with it an ongoing expectation to deciminate falsehoods to the next generation of mindless slaves.

The last few minutes of the talk really hit me after he showed the photo of himself as a toddler. Mr Levine was quite emotional of how he wants that "child" to be with him when he transcend this world. I have the same notion myself and can relate.
