Even with so many questions about his voice, Steve sending a C5 at the beginning of the song. He is very visceral in the interpretations even with the vocal in the 90s phase not being very good! 1:17 - 1:22. 3:32 that C♯5

Why does everyone assume this song was written by Kerry? The Wall was a co-write, Kerry and Steve. The obvious conclusion is Kerry wrote The Wall, but lifted this segment from Love is a Dream, written by Steve.

Nice video, Rick! Good choice of photos! Does anybody know if the Opera House is still standing? If so, too bad they didn't play there again after they got back together. I'd love to have a video titled "Live at the Ellingwood Opera House". I wonder if Enrico Caruso every played there? :)

It's a track with a brilliantly written melody, and of course masterfully plaid by Jan Ackerman. This track I remember well and in 71 I was just 18 - that guitar flowed through me along with Hendrix, Santana and a few more I could name. It remains stuck in time - clearly recorded pretty loud on that lead guitar, and played with incredible passion. This track is really what guitar is all about - feeling, emotion, passion its all there... and reading some of the comments I can see exactly why it was played by @andrewhartley5546 family at their mothers funeral. Just incredible stuff that will last forwever.

I can't say enough about the JBG. They never released a bad song and that's hard to do on a major label. One dude I wish I had the honor to meet personally. RIP Mr. Beck.

It was only 25 when he died in five years look how many different genres of music he crossed over into from reggae to jazz to hard rock. What a talented guy…. It’s too bad that drugs took him out so many people fall victim to that I hate that I really do.
