it’s crazy to see Jaafar as a small child, right in front of his dad Jermaine Jackson watching Michael sing and dance to you rock my world with other big celebrity names around 0:22 - 0:23 & 1:01 - 1:13 little did all those people on stage that were dancing know that, that small child will now be portraying his uncle Michael in the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic set to hit theaters April of 2025. can’t wait to see Jaafar bring his uncle Michael back to life in the biopic. i’ve seen this “rare” footage of you rock my world live from the michael jackson 30th anniversary concert a few times and my favorite moment has always been 0:30 just the way they both are dancing in sync just make me so happy. by the way can someone please tell me who is dancing with MJ at 0:30? i want to say it’s chris tucker dancing with michael but i can’t tell from the quality of the video. if someone could answer my question that would be very much appreciated. :)

Because the American media bullied the hell out of him unfortunately, the fact he came despite knowing the media hates him and the fact James Brown wanted him there (as Sharpton said), they felt it appropriate to uplift him after all he went through, I promise you that James Brown would have approved of it if he could have, you would need more context around this time to fully understand the weight of this though, so I understand why you might see it as disrespectful in normal circumstances
