Thanks for this… took me a few days to find this video. My issue is similar though… I’m creating multiple opportunities from another source, scheduling software housecallpro… and customers have multiple jobs. But the problem is housecallpro is repeating the events for the same job which would cause duplicated opportunities. I need to first check if an opportunity exists before creating a new one… So… in zapier, get the list of opportunity IDs, search to see if it exists before creating a new one? Ugh.

I tried to create a "Wait For Email Event" and when I try to fill up the "Pick Email Step To Wait For" nothing appears. Unlike in this video, you just easily select "Email 2".

Gabe- Thanks for the video on Synthflow. We are using it as well and love it over Air. Our biggst hurdle (in AI overall) is limiting the cost on Voicemails. We don't leave them, but the bots take 5-20 seconds to recognise they are talking to a voicemail, and that obviously eats up a lot of our budget. Have you experimented with how to limit (or even eliminate) voicemail time length to avoid those "uncontrollable" charges? Thanks again!
